We can attempt to collaborate with our cities and county. Would love to hear what other Realtors have done to work through similar issues of missing permits and if they would take a pro-active stance to get permits recorded - it would be so simple and save to much grief in the future.

You bring up some very valid points, and unfortunately frightening scenarios. I&#039;ve come across numerous instances in the past couple of months (in various jurisdictions) of similar stories of conflicting or simply missing records. I do believe this is an issue we as an industry can and should address. This might just present an excellent opportunity to collaborate with our cities and county to address a problem which has been skirted for far too long...
